Project Coordinator
Adecco is currently looking for a Project Coordinator/ Supply Chain in Batavia, OH.

months with the possibility of extension or temp-to-perm
Pay rate - $32hr
Shift/Hours:
8 AM to 5pm
Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Project Coordinator:
Prepare capital presentations
Submit meeting notes from weekly and monthly operational review meetings
Maintain stakeholder matrix updates
Maintain Project Management organizational charts
Assist with RFP's (request for proposals)
Maintain contract database
Assist with event planning, catering, and meeting planning
Qualifications for this Project Coordinator job:
3
years of Project Management Support within Procurement or Supply ChainCapable of working with trade, vendors, and all departments within our company. Capable of working under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
Experience with RFP's (request for proposals)
