A day in the life of a HSO PCA:
Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and co-workers Room patients and obtain visit information Front-office and back-office duties Medication and pre-authorizations You've got what it takes to be a HSO PCA if you:
Have STNA certification or Medical Assisting certification Have an active BLS or are willing to obtain Extra dose of awesome if you:
