ResponsibilitiesAs a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for driving a great shopping experience for our omni channel customer by supporting the operational activities that drive sales, profit, and excellent customer serviceYou will collaborate with the store team to deliver results in a friction free shopping environmentDuties include but are not limited to receiving activities, packing and shipping, fulfillment picking, and other duties as neededComplete fulfillment orders including picking merchandise, packing & shipping orders, and making in store pickup orders ready for customersLearn and apply packing policies & techniques to ensure every customer receives his/her package in good conditionProcess shippable returns and abandoned in store pickup orderConduct customer pick-up including retrieving the orders from our back-of-house storage and delivering them curbside to the customerMonitor alerts to ensure Ready On Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) ordersPick Not Found merchandise to improve fill rateExpedite aged orders to improve the Speed-to Ship to our customersProvide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the customer is always the priorityParticipating in other support functions as neededAssist and satisfy the needs of our in-store and online customerLearn and apply in store tools & technology such as handheld devices, MyShip, and POS systemsEnsure all procedures, policies, and standards are followedPerform all functions in an efficient manner, as directed by the People LeaderRegular, dependable attendance and punctuality Recommended Skills Customer Experience Customer Service Merchandising Mobile Device Management Packaging And Processing Duties Sales Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
